After more than 36 years working as a nurse in the NHS, caring for people has always been at the heart of what I do.

When I trained as a reflexologist and went on to achieve my Level 5 qualification, it wasn’t about changing careers—it was about continuing to help people in a different way.

At Foot Nook Reflexology in Treorchy, I meet people who are juggling work, family responsibilities, caring roles, and the pressures of everyday life. Sometimes what they need most is simply an hour to relax, switch off, and focus on themselves.

I feel privileged to be able to offer that space.

It’s been just over a year since I opened The Foot Nook Reflexology here in Treorchy, and I’ve been reflecting on the journey 💭
