The staff profile of the month for August is our lovely, carer, Mary.

Mary has worked as a carer at for Two years and eight months.

Mary decided to be a carer after looking after her elderly Grandmother when she fell ill, supporting her and seeing how much comfort her presence bought her, made Mary realise how rewarding caregiving is.

Mary says the best thing about working at is 'career training - the fact that you gain valuable, professional skills and 'Hands on' experience and recognised health and social care qualifications.'
Mary also says that is a strong community and a good team of people who share good values.'
