I am a God mum and an Auntie Deb's! I am a lover of animals, nature and life. I am a teacher of people and a storyteller. I believe children are our greatest gift and also our biggest teachers! I've worked with children and adults for over 25 years and I am grateful for each experience, each person and each lesson life has offered me.

We often put great thought and preparation into nurturing growth: choosing the right seed, the right soil and the perfect pot; finding the ideal position; watering carefully; and patiently waiting for something beautiful to bloom.

Yet nature does none of this. It simply grows. It blooms. It thrives — often without our planning, preparation or intervention.

I didn’t plant the sunflower growing outside my back gate. I found it there, emerging amongst dead weeds and neglected ground. And yet, despite its surroundings, it grew into something remarkably beautiful.

Perhaps we can do the same.

Perhaps we, too, can grow and bloom more effortlessly when we become comfortable with allowing Life to unfold, rather than constantly trying to anticipate, control and prepare for every step of the journey.

Sometimes, growth doesn’t require more planning. It requires more trust.

Trust in Life. Trust in the journey. And trust that, even when the conditions don’t appear perfect, you may already have everything within you that you need to bloom.

🐾The moment he knows you are awake in the morning.
🐾 The moment you say bed time.
🐾 The moment he goes outside.
🐾 The moment you say his name.
🐾 The moment he meets another dog.
🐾 The moment you accidently stand on his squeaky toy and he thinks it's play time.

The list goes on.....

How many people can honestly say they find pure happiness and joy knowing your loved one is awake in the morning?

We could learn so much about the wonders of Life from dogs 🐾❣️🐾
