🌿 10.45am-12.15 ~ Stretch therapy to release tension and improve mobility.

🌿 1.30-2.30 ~ Nutrition for Hormone Balance & Energy workshop.

🌿 2.45-4pm ~ Breathwork and a nourishing slow flow to close the day feeling calm and restored.
