Thinking ahead to November at Trestle Arts Base 🍁

With so many of my upcoming courses already fully booked, I wanted to give you a little heads-up that my November courses are now open for booking.

If you’re expecting a little one around then, or you’ll have a baby who’ll be the right age to join us, it’s never too early to have a look and secure your space.

These little groups fill up quite quickly, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, November could be a lovely time to start.

Our classes are such a lovely way to meet other local mums, especially in those early months when having people nearby who are going through the same stage can make such a difference.

Very much looking forward to returning to Highfield Park Visitor Centre in October 💕

Set within the beautiful grounds of Highfield Park, it’s such a lovely spot to meet for baby massage. The grounds are perfect for a gentle morning stroll with your little one before or after class, and Fade to Black Coffee Shop Fade to Black St Albans is just a short walk away for those much-needed post-class coffees ☕️

And, of course, there’s plenty of free parking available too - always a bonus with a baby in tow!

I can’t wait to be back here in October 💕

💜 It’s never too early to book your spot on a baby massage course. Our courses are suitable from birth and are the perfect first class to enjoy together in those early days.

💙 We know how unpredictable life with a newborn can be, so if your plans change (as they often do!), I’ll happily move things around for you.

With new courses starting back at Trestle Arts Base tomorrow, I couldn’t resist looking back at some of the gorgeous moments from last term.

I’m so looking forward to meeting all our new families, welcoming back some of my lovely massage mums for baby yoga, and creating lots more sweet moments together this term.

A few gentle touches can be a lovely way to help settle them when they’re unsettled, ease little tummies, support them through teething and, most importantly, give you some calm time together.
