Did she do this video mid eclipse?
Of course she did.
She created the eclipse using a glue stick, some sticky back plastic and an old washing up bottle. Whilst teaching Props at 7pm

Wednesdays are all about Pilates.
Beginners with Vicki will get you moving and learning about your body. Then before you know it BAM 💥you're hooked, booked and your abs are cooked

Pilates and props is after at 7pm. Think you're good at Pilates and it's starting to get a bit ... dare I say it ...easy? Vicki will put a stop to that nonsense. Bring your energy and your best grimaces. Your muscles will be fire after this class 🔥

Do Pilates for fun.
Do yoga because it feels nice.
Do strength because you like that it makes you slightly threatening.
Move your body because you want to.

and doing things you want to is the most valid reason for doing things.
