✨ Floating Soundbaths at Ingleton Outdoor Pool... The first Sunday of June, July & August 6-7.30pm ✨ 

What can you expect? 

A truly relaxing experience... Floating comfortably on large air beds, drift along to a live soundscape created with gongs and singing bowls - instruments shown to create resonant tones that support brain wave state relaxation and meditation.  

Combined with the open air setting surrounded by trees, these sessions weave sound, nature, meditation and community for relaxation and wellbeing 🌿 🧘🏻‍♀️🎶 ⛅

Despite being at the pool, you do not enter the water 💦 and support is on hand through out 😊
