Living Well Partnership

Living Well Partnership We are a team of NHS GPs and clinicians dedicated to helping you live well throughout your life. Our page is run by a lead GP and lead Nurse.

Our partnership offers more than a traditional GP practice, with access to a larger team working together to provide well-informed and accessible care. We will never use clinical time for Facebook and will mostly post in our own time, during evenings and weekends. As such we may limit who can comment on posts as we may not be available to respond. You can always visit our website for contact information and opening times.

The UK Health Security Agency has issued an amber heat health alert for parts of England until 5pm on Wednesday 27 May.

Most of us like to get out and enjoy the sunshine, but ending up in our Emergency Department suffering from the effects of heat is the last place you’ll want to be.

Beat the heat:
🥤Keep hydrated with plenty of cold drinks throughout the day
🧴👒👕Wear sunscreen, a hat and light, breathable clothes outside
🏠🌳Stay indoors in a cool space, or in the shade if you’re outdoors, during the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm)

And don’t forget to check in with older and vulnerable people to make sure they are keeping cool and staying hydrated.

We are closed on Monday 25th May for the bank holiday.

Anima will be unavaliable from 12pm on Friday 22nd May to 6.30am on Tuesday 26th May.

Remember to order your repeat prescriptions in plenty of time and think Pharmacy First for any minor health issues over the weekend.

Don't forget to order your repeat prescriptions ahead of the bank holiday weekend 💊

Through the Pharmacy First scheme, many community pharmacies can now provide advice, treatment, and prescription medication for a range of common conditions without the need for a GP appointment.
