A great Basic Life Support course for our friends at
It was lovely to see the staff and owners from the previous course plus a few new faces yesterday! Eager to learn and get involved, with even a live action first aid scenario taking place right outside their office!

Today was a full day Emergency First Aid at Work course for a lovely group at
We had lots of laughs while covering some important first aid topics including lots of changes for 2026.

It’s ok to have fun while learning right?
No one’s saying that choking isn’t a serious first aid problem but if people enjoy learning how to deal with it then sometimes it helps them to retain the information!

This week I had the pleasure of running a first aid course for an amazing group at the Pilates studio in Shoreham. It’s a beautiful space and we had great fun whilst ensuring everyone left with confidence and a strong understanding of first aid!
