Historically Three Villages was a GP practice based in Audnam, Wollaston and Kinver. In 2007, the practice relocated to Stourbridge Health and Social Care Centre.

⚠️ Temporary Website Disruption

The third-party company that provides our practice website has gone into administration. As a result, we have temporarily switched off our online website forms and these are currently unavailable.

For any requests that you would normally submit through one of our website forms, please contact the practice by telephone for the time being.

Please note: The NHS App and Patient Access are not affected. You can continue to use these as normal to order repeat prescriptions.

We are working on alternative arrangements and will provide further updates as soon as we can.
