Thank you to Krisi Ashton for all her help and support with the Better Health at Work campaigns.

During our latest campaign, staff were offered mini health checks and took part in a sleep event, providing them with hints and tips on how to improve their sleep and why sleep is important for their health and wellbeing 😊

We acheived the Bronze award in February 2025, and wanted to achieve the Silver award however, due to time lapse we have restarted the award and officially acheived the Foundation award yesterday 🙌

We understand that our patients are sometimes unsure where to wait to be seen by the clinician and often ask our reception team for support.

To help with this, we now have a QView display on our TV screens.

When you check in using the self-check-in screen, you will be given an anonymous number. You will see this number displayed on the TV screen, so you can see where you are in the queue to see the clinician.

Below is the latest GP survey results for 2026. We’re pleased to see that things are continuing to move in the right direction. 😊

We’re also delighted to announce that we have recruited two new GPs. Dr Hunsley joined us at the beginning of August, and Dr Meng is due to start in September.

We’re also pleased to welcome Sinead, our new Trainee Nursing Associate, to the team.

As you will know, we are a large training practice, and our new rotation of GP Trainees and Foundation Doctors started on 5th August 2026.

A very warm welcome to everyone — we look forward to working with you all! 😊
