⚠️ Plaque build-up can lead to tooth decay & gum disease
🦷 Over time, this can even cause tooth loss
💡 Top tooth-brushing tips:
✔️ Brush last thing at night before bed
✔️ Brush once more during the day
✔️ Brush for a full 2 minutes
✔️ Cover all surfaces of your teeth and gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and keep breath fresh
✔️ Spit, don’t rinse – letting fluoride stay on your teeth longer helps protect them
