What a night this was! 💪 thank you

There was plenty of full bellies coming away from there and the guys already want to go back! 🙌

We were also excited to give out, 2 new member hats 🧢 5 members received their GT thank you merch, and we also welcome 2 new faces to the group 👨🏻 with an OG returner 💪

Incredible venue, incredible food and incredible staff & service! 🙏

Huge thank you to smokeanddoughwales The barrel room for hosting us this evening! 🙏 what a night!

23 gents shared some incredible platters, pizza, ribs and burgers and service was outstanding! 🙏 the staff even shared our cakes! 🙌 🍰

We had some OG returners, and a couple of new faces, as well as plenty of members perch handed out including 2 new hats!! 🧢 🙌

We are coming away from there with full on meat sweats 😂 see you again!

Join us at Matthew's House Swansea on Thursday 27th August and learn skills that could save a life.

We're offering free CPR and defibrillator training in partnership with Encon Construction, Beacon and The Adjuda Foundation.

You'll learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest, perform CPR and use a defib correctly plus more.

The event is open to the general public and takes place between 10.00am and 11.30am.

No ticket or reservation required.

We look forward to welcoming you at Matthew's House next month.
