The fantastic team at Tewkesbury Leisure Centre have a bespoke water exercise and strengthening programme available. We highly recommend non-impact exercise for knee and hip strengthening. This type of exercise is ideal for arthritic conditions or pre and post surgery rehabilitation. Osteopathic treatment alongside this type of exercise can manage and maintain joint function. Ask us more about how osteopathy and water exercises can help you with your joint pain.
