Swaying sound bath in Thetford forest.
Gently suspended and held by the trees and the earth in your hammock (which is provided) find a moment to recharge and reset bathing in sound and forest.

Pop up at short notice to take advantage of the weather window and to get a session in before the forest is alive with other sounds as Forest Live concerts start next week…

Maybe you can seize the day and book yourself in for tomorrow?
At time of writing I have 4 spaces for the earlier session at 545pm and 4 for the later session at 715pm.

A day on the road today to share a bespoke sound bath for a group on retreat at the beautiful - what a hidden gem in rural Suffolk!

The showery weather meant our original plan of a woodland sound bath had to change, as is sometimes the way, so instead I packed the car with all the cosy things and we enjoyed the session in the ‘Owls nest’, with doors open to enjoy the beautiful natural soundscapes of the wind in the trees and the songs of the birds. ✨

If you’re looking to add a sound bath experience to your retreat day, hen party, gathering or celebration across Norfolk or Suffolk just get in touch for a discussion. I can bring everything that’s needed for comfort of your guests. If you’re running a retreat sometimes it’s just lovely to have an hour off from ‘holding space’ and to know your group will be in capable hands.

Bonus pics - gorgeous resident on the estate 🐮 and the glamour of ‘lunch on the road’ at 4pm when the only shop open in the nearest village has very limited plant based options ;-) 🙈

Once in a blue moon…
Very special to share my first full sound bath in my new studio space this evening in honour of the Full Blue Moon.

The birdsong just outside the window, forest all around, you can feel nature welcoming you in.
Such a privilege to share the magic of sound, witness deep rest and so special to share my new space.
Forever grateful 🙏

Pop up - this Thursday evening.
Find relief from the heat in the cool forest - be held by sound and nature.

I’ve got a new hammock sound bath location in Thetford forest at and you’re invited!
Swaying gently, drift away to the sounds of birdsong, wind in the trees, gongs, chimes and more.
Forecast is currently for a perfectly warm, fine evening so I thought we would make the most of it. ☀️🌲💚🎶✨

Hammocks are provided, there are just 6 spaces for an intimate and quality offering. Pre booking absolutely essential, will be linked in stories and comments.

An epic weekend of sound.
A sound bath so big it took 4 car loads to transport everything including all the mats and blankets! Very much worth it for a precious corporate client who chose a sound bath to take care of their guests and build rest and deep listening into their weekend of adventures at the most stunning setting at I always love weaving sound stories here where the cuckoo joined the soundscape along with the wind in the trees.

To spread the sound as much as possible to each guest, I am forever grateful for my lovely friend joining me as second practitioner to share some handpan joy and layer the sounds with me 🙏

Then we spent Sunday morning having the most wholesome family jam in my home garden room studio. Experimenting mixing gong, pan, monochord, drum and more. Purely for the love of music 🎶❤️

Motherhood can be a lonely experience at times. Days can feel never ending, yet the months and years can simultaneously seem to fly by.

Each week my postnatal yoga sessions in Brandon offer a judgement free space to get together with other mums, share struggles, hopes, milestones, stories.
In the early days it can give structure to the week and build confidence in getting out of the house. A moment to pause, a reminder to take a few breaths for yourself. (And drink a hot cup of tea too!) Along the way we’re supporting our babies with their motor and brain development through movement, touch, and sound.

These are small group sessions, there’s currently space for a few mums to join us - maybe that’s you or if not, maybe you can share this post with mum you know who is local to Suffolk or Norfolk who would value feeling supported?

Because we were never meant to do this alone.

A class for mothers led by a mother.
A space for sharing - the excitement, the pain, the joy, the disappointment, the laughter and the tears.

Pregnancy and childbirth don’t always unfold in the way we expect them to. The wisdom of yoga reminds us there is freedom the other side of our attachment to expectation. There is freedom in the space we create when we release the negative stories and energies of others that are not our own.

I’m in awe of the mums who join each week. Sometimes it’s their first class, sometimes their last before they return months later for postnatal yoga with their sweet babies in their arms.
They’re all special.
Just as important as the session, are the stories shared after over a cup of tea and snack (some weeks it’s jackpot and there’s homemade cake) Honest, real and supportive.

Join me as the sun sets amongst the trees on a summer evening in Thetford forest for a live, ambient soundscape where I play in harmony with the sounds of the natural world.

Shimmering gong, twinkling chime, birdsong, breeze in the canopy and earthy drum.

Location: on the Suffolk/Norfolk border between Thetford and Brandon, exact location provided upon booking.

Last year these ever popular sessions all sold out, so early booking is advised.
We have a beautiful indoor space onsite to use for all first release tickets in the event of any uncooperative weather 😉✨
