Only 3 ingredients 👉
Matcha nice-cream recipe:
3 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon condensed milk (we use coconut)
1-2 teaspoons matcha (depends how strong you like)
Blend frozen banana chunks with condensed milk until the texture resembles soft-serve ice cream.
Add matcha and blend again until well combined. Put in the freezer to firm up a bit and then serve 🍧.
