If you keep going and going, and don't wait a moment to give yourself praise, and acknowledge yourself, it might feel like you haven't achieved anything, haven't done anything, and we both know that isn't true :-) so this is your reminder, take extra moments and say 'well done me :-)' to acknowledge the work that you, and your angels are doing 🙏💗
