A lot of people assume yoga is only for flexible people.
It isn’t.
In fact, plenty of people start yoga because they feel stiff, tense, out of shape, or like they have not moved their body properly in ages.
Yoga is not about turning up already good at it. It is about improving mobility, balance, strength, and giving yourself time to switch off for a bit.
At The Upminster Sanctuary, our classes are there to support you, not test you. No pressure to keep up. No need to look a certain way. No expectation to get into every pose.
