Spotlight on NLP & happiness 😊

People sometimes come to me searching for confidence, happiness or purpose.

So I decided to honour my remaining wonderful life & focus my attention purely on the people & things I believe In. I stand by my frequency & if you’re on it then wonderful, our souls are infinitely magnetic, I’ll see you there.

I invested time, money, energy learning, learning, learning & applying NLP into my practice with The Northern College Of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Discipline Coaching

One of the things I love about working with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is that it reminds us we are the only captain of our Kiak
(Got that from last weeks philosophy course) 😊

In the right hands, NLP respectfully disrupts unhelpful thoughts, language, beliefs to reframe & positively influence feelings and behaviour

When we choose to change what we focus on, we can absolutely change everything else.

You can outrun unhelpful beliefs & make way for new, you can

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly team. If you have a passion for fresh food and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items including sandwiches, paninis, breakfasts, soups, and cakes
* Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard of quality and presentation
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Following food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
* Assisting with stock control and ordering when required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
* Good understanding of food hygiene practices
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

If you or someone you know are struggling with nerves, anxiety or stress around your exams I would personally recommend Nicole from Aligning Minds. Last Friday I sat a 4 hour written exam. Earlier in the week my anxiety level was horrendous!
So I had an appointment with Nicole & she changed everything for me in one appointment! It was amazing & I’m very grateful to her as I sat my exam feeling very calm !
