Due to staff sickness, we are currently very short staffed on the phones. We kindly ask for your patience while our team works through a high volume of calls.

🚫 Please do not use the emergency line for routine enquiries, prescription requests, appointments, or test results, as this line must remain available for urgent medical emergencies only.

Where possible, please:

-Use online services
-Submit admin requests electronically
-Call later in the day if your query is non-urgent

We will be closed Today from 1.00pm to 6.30pm for essential training.

This closure has been agreed by the local commissioning board (BOB ICB) to allow GP practices to facilitate training for their whole practice team.
