Healing isn’t a destination. It’s a relationship with yourself.
For a long time, I thought healing meant reaching a point where I would never feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or triggered again.
What I’ve learned over the last 9 years is that healing isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about understanding yourself more deeply.
It’s learning how to listen to your body.
It’s recognising when your nervous system needs rest rather than pushing through.
It’s noticing old patterns with compassion instead of judgement.
It’s learning to feel safe being yourself.
As a holistic coach and nervous system practitioner, I support others on their own wellbeing journey, but I’m also committed to my own growth and healing.
Because healing isn’t about perfection.
It’s about creating more moments of calm, balance and connection in everyday life.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from yourself, know that small steps matter.
You don’t have to do it all at once.
What’s one thing you’ve done for yourself this week that brought you a sense of calm?
