Hi there ! I’m Laura 💜
I first felt the surrendering of my body whilst experiencing massage ,then came the dropping down into a bliss state, freedom in this space from anxiety and my busy thoughts, I knew this was what I was meant to offer to others.
Purple Patch Holistics was birthed both from my love of being in nature , the colour purple and also with the idiom ‘Purple Patch’ in mind which is used to describe a golden period of sustained success, good luck, or peak performance. I feel that everyone no matter what there story, or body should be free to experience a space that offers the feelings of love, being nurtured , safe and cared for because I believe that is what being lucky and successful is , and in that moment of being totally immersed in a massage or healing you are at the centre of it all , because you are equal to anyone else that breathes the same air as you . It’s mine to hold but it’s your Purple Patch.

Who knows what your experience at the Purple Patch garden room can bring for you in your life , I’m just happy that I can keep holding these sessions for you all ☺️✨

So Purple Patch has had a little glow up! ✨

I took last week off so Mr Mudie (aka my husband) could rip out the floor check the foundations and replace every layer of it !

He always works so hard for me at Purple Patch and he has really gone above and beyond this time. Also sorry neighbours if there was any explicit language whilst this was going on !

So I’m so lucky and grateful now to have a solid beautiful floor ,
Thank you Andy (Roy Kent 😉) for all your volunteer work at Purple Patch ,

Everyone else you need to come and check out the new floor, whilst having a lovely treatment of course ☺️

Believe women the first time ❤️💔

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month.

Let’s clear something up.

It is not normal to:
• vomit from period pain
• pass out in a bathroom stall
• miss work or school every month
• bleed through protection in an hour
• dread intimacy because it hurts
• live on a heating pad like it’s oxygen

And yet how many of us were told:

“That’s just being a woman.”
“Periods hurt.”
“You’re dramatic.”
“Take ibuprofen.”

Endometriosis isn’t “bad cramps.”
It’s tissue growing where it doesn’t belong.
It’s inflammation.
It’s organs sticking together.
It’s fertility battles no one prepared you for.

If you have to schedule your life around pain, that’s not normal.

And being dismissed for years?
That’s not normal either.

Believe women the first time.
