Our Prevention team will be bringing the water flume to demonstrate the hidden dangers of rivers and moving water.

Come along to:

✅ Learn about the dangers of water and how to stay safe
✅ Watch live water flume demonstrations
✅ Understand the effects of cold water shock

Road trip to Ocean Vertical in Dunbar, Scotland 🙌🏻. Gotta learn from the best! Stevie is an awesome outdoor adventure specialist and trainer with The Academy of Surf Instructors , so it's a privilege to learn from him 🤩. We had a 3 hour session at Bass Rocks (no pics, concentrating too hard and having a blast! 🤣). An absolute treasure trove of information, knowledge and experience ✨
