Online Session- Welcome to the East Riding Mental Health Support Team.

Thursday 10th September 10-11 am.

Welcome to the East Riding Mental Health Support Team - learn who we are, what we do, and ask questions in the workshop.

This online workshop, delivered via Microsoft Teams, introduces the East Riding Mental Health Support Team. It provides an overview of who we are, the support we offer to families and professionals, and how to access our services.

The session also includes an interactive second part, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain further clarity on how we can help support young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

Our team enjoyed taking part in Mersey Family Hub's family day last week.

The team were on hand for advice and support, and enjoyed making glitter jars, positivity toys and fidget keyrings with those that attended.

We are at Bridlington CYP today for our transition workshop.

Students attending Headlands in September can turn up 10am-12pm and those going to Bridlington can come 2pm-4pm.

We are there to offer advice, complete activities and support relationship building between students.

Is your child getting ready to start secondary school? We're here to support them.

The move from primary to secondary school is a significant milestone for children and their families. While it's an exciting time, it's also completely normal for young people to experience worries or uncertainty about the changes ahead.

Mental Health Support Teams are able to help make that transition as positive as possible by offering practical advice, strategies to build confidence and opportunities for families to ask questions in a relaxed and supportive environment.
