Here are a few gentle reminders:
✔️ Keep routines steady — sleep, meals, and movement breaks matter.
✔️ Encourage effort over perfection — progress is worth celebrating.
✔️ Create a quiet space where they can focus (and decompress!).
✔️ Let them know it’s okay to feel stressed — you're there to help them through it.
