Can a nose look straighter without surgery?

This before-and after from my work shows a non surgical nose job, with an improvement in the appearance of nasal alignment.

What interests me most is how that change sits within the whole face. The aim here was a more balanced appearance while preserving the patient’s individual character.

It’s official I’ve been awarded my MSc in Aesthetic Medicine with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London! 🎓✨

This one means so much to me.

Two years of studying, assignments and exams alongside running a business and being a dad. There have been challenging moments, but today I’m proud to pause and celebrate seeing it through.

My dissertation explored wearable technology ( WHOOP Google Health ŌURA ) and light-based therapies for skin longevity and recovery subjects I’m passionate about and excited to keep exploring.

Along the way, I also achieved my Associate Fellowship of Advance HE, received a SEED Award and represented my fellow students as Course Representative across both years.

A heartfelt thank you to my supervisor, Dr Haidar Hassan, the Queen Mary team, my classmates, family and everyone who has encouraged me. Your support has meant a great deal. ❤️

Learning has given me focus, purpose and so much to look forward to.

Today, I’m simply grateful — and very happy to say: MSc with Distinction! 🥂🎓

The last two years have been a real reminder that sometimes the best way forward is just to keep showing up, keep learning and keep contributing.

Going back into postgraduate study became so much more than simply completing an MSc. Along the way I had the privilege of serving as Course Rep in both years, then Institute Rep, being recognised as Course Rep of the Year twice, receiving a SEED Award, gaining AFHEA, and most recently receiving an FMD Staff Awards 2026 commendation for Outstanding Student Staff Collaboration.

More than the awards, I’m proud that I’ve been able to contribute positively to the university community, work closely with students and staff, advocate for others and continue developing as an educator.

I’m now nearing the end of the MSc, and hopefully heading towards a Distinction, which would make this chapter even more special.

The last couple of years haven’t always been easy, but they’ve taught me a lot about resilience, growth and what can happen when you’re given the opportunity to contribute and you make the most of it.

Very grateful to everyone at Queen Mary who has supported me along the way.
