🌷 Earlier this week, some of our staff were out adding a splash of colour to the planters at Churnbridge Row in Cirencester.

They planted cyclamen for colour now, along with tulip, daffodil, snowdrop and bluebell bulbs to brighten the displays in the months ahead.

We're looking for someone with experience in housing, a good understanding of disrepair processes and housing legislation, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.

We're looking to recruit a Wet Trade Operative (General Builder) to join our Property Services Team, carrying out repairs and maintenance across our domestic properties.

• A broad range of building skills, including bricklaying, roofing, plastering, drainage and groundworks.

Our Scrutiny Group, made up of Cottsway customers, recently carried out a follow-up review of our Empty Homes Standard to assess the progress made against recommendations from their 2021 review.

The Group found that most of the original actions have been delivered. They also recognised that changes in legislation, regulation and industry best practice mean the Standard would benefit from further updates to keep it relevant and effective.

We're now considering their latest recommendations and will be exploring opportunities to make further improvements.
