**We're Hiring Care Assistants!**

Albion Lodge Residential Care Home is a friendly, family-run care home located in the beautiful village of Hanley Swan, Worcestershire.

We are currently looking for a Care Assistant to join our wonderful team on a permanent rota.

No previous care experience? No problem!
We provide full training and ongoing professional development, including the opportunity to work towards an NVQ qualification. We welcome both experienced carers and those who are completely new to care.

Permanent Rolling 2-Week Rota

Week 1
• Monday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
• Sunday: 7:30am – 2:00pm

Week 2
• Monday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Off

Looking for extra hours?
We have almost 5,000 hours of annual leave cover available each year, giving you plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Our rotas are published at least three months in advance, making it easy to plan ahead, with extra last-minute shifts often available too.

At Albion Lodge, we believe in providing the kind of care we would want our own family members to receive – where nothing is ever too much trouble.

**Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, so applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered. Also as it is over 20 hours in a week, we cannot employ those who are sponsored elsewhere.

Are you caring, reliable and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?

We are a friendly, family-run residential care home and we’re currently looking for a Care Assistant to join our night team.

We are also actively looking for Bank Care Staff to help cover additional shifts.

Our Night Rota

We work on a two-week rota which repeats:

WEEK 1
• Monday – OFF
• Tuesday – 9pm–7.45am
• Wednesday – 9pm–7.45am
• Thursday – OFF
• Friday – OFF
• Saturday – 9pm–8am
• Sunday – 9pm–7.45am

WEEK 2
• No shifts

Pay Rates
Weekday nights – per hour
• Basic – £13.25
• NVQ – £13.45
Weekend nights – per hour
• Basic – £13.95
• NVQ/Diploma – £14.15

⭐In-charge supplement: £1 per hour

If you’re looking for additional hours, we have almost 5,000 hours of holiday cover available throughout the year, so there are plenty of opportunities to pick up extra shifts.

We publish our rotas at least three months in advance, allowing you to plan ahead, while there are also opportunities to pick up last-minute shifts when available.

💙 New to care? That’s absolutely fine!

Albion Lodge is a friendly, family-run residential care home. We are situated in the beautiful village of Hanley Swan in Worcestershire. We're currently looking for Care Assistants to cover the following hours, and we're also open to Care Assistants interested in bank work. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for this role, and it is too many hours as a second job for those on sponsorship. The rota is as follows, based on a rolling two-week rota :

We offer full training, as well as continued professional development, and we welcome people new to care as well as those with more experience.

If you are looking for more hours, we have almost 5,000 hours of holiday to cover a year, so there is plenty to pick up.

As a Care Assistant, you will be essential in providing compassionate support to individuals in care homes and through home care services. In essence, we like to provide care that we would like our own family members to receive, where nothing is too much trouble. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role will involve assisting with daily living activities. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of care is essential as we can provide training to help you achieve an NVQ qualification.
