A little glimpse into one of my regular home visits 💙
Every client’s goals, circumstances and starting point are different, which is exactly why I love the variety that comes with being a travelling physio.
This session was with one of my regular clients, who is living with MS alongside having had two previous knee replacements. Our work together is focused on long-term management, maintaining strength and mobility, and supporting her to stay as independent and active as possible while navigating the challenges that can come with a progressive neurological condition.
It’s not always about chasing the biggest or fastest improvements. Sometimes it’s about maintaining what you have, making everyday movement easier, building confidence and protecting quality of life for as long as possible.
And she absolutely smashed this session! She was completely unfazed by the camera too, so hopefully you’ll be seeing a little more of her in future content. 👀
This is also a great example of why home visits are such an important part of what I do. Rehabilitation doesn’t always need to happen in a clinic. Sometimes the most meaningful work happens in the environment where you actually live your life.
From neurological rehabilitation and long-term condition management to supporting older adults with strength, mobility and independence, my aim is always the same: personalised support that works around the person, not the other way around.
Meeting you where your feet are ✨
