Emerald are looking for additional Event Medics to support our team at events in the Yeovil, Somerset.

We are currently recruiting:
✅ FREC 3
✅ FREC 4

We’re proud to announce that Emerald First Aid Training has once again been granted Direct Claim Status for another 9 months from our awarding body QNUK.

Since the Ofqual changes in October 2021, when all centres were required to effectively start again, we have successfully maintained this status at every review period.

For us, this isn’t just about achieving a status — it’s about what it represents.

It reflects our commitment to:

We’re proud of our connection with Yeovil Town FC. What started as a simple “don’t suppose you’re free tonight…” has become a fantastic partnership built on mutual benefit.

Using Huish Park as a venue for our Yeovil open courses during the week, and then us providing a medical provision on match days and events during the summer, we absolutely class the club as our home. Here’s to another year of training, safety for visitors and (fingers crossed) good times on the pitch 🎉

Day 2 at Westland Sports FC football tournament and definitely the biggest task of the day is to keep cool. So many gazebos out keeping everyone in the shade is fantastic to see and keeps our services to an absolute minimum

For today and the rest of the bank holiday weekend, we’re onsite with Westland Sports FC at their first football tournament.

Fantastic to be able to attend local events, with the plan being to do as little as possible 😉. Shades and sun cream ready!!

We’ve been fairly quiet on social recently but it’s purely because we’ve been very busy delivering quality regulated training, attending networking events and providing event medical services to various events.

Today alone has seen our open course sold out with 12 learners all achieving their Emergrncy First Aid at Work qualification and setting up of a medical base for a 3 day football tournament in Yeovil!

Today we had the pleasure of providing professional first aid cover at the Kingsbury May Festival – a fantastic community event with live music, stalls, a classic car show, and plenty of great food!

Our team was called into action a couple of times, with every situation handled calmly and professionally. We’ve already received some brilliant feedback from organisers and attendees – a real credit to the team 👏

On our open course today, we finally got round to setting up the QCPR app that allows us to view our learners CPR in real time and give personalised feedback, which the group were really interested in and wanted to improve where required.

Looking forward to using this modern day tool to improve learners understanding and improve the quality of CPR achieved by our learners
