🏓【匹克球熱潮席捲香港!你的關節準備好了嗎?】
(匹克球)近年愈來愈受歡迎!雖然場地較小,但比賽過程需要大量急停、變向及重複揮拍動作,因此同樣容易造成運動傷害。常見傷患包括:
🎾 網球肘(肱骨外上髁炎)
反覆揮拍及手腕用力,導致手肘外側疼痛及握力下降。
💪 肩袖肌腱炎/肩夾擊症候群
頻繁高舉手臂扣殺,容易引起肩膀疼痛及活動受限。
🦵 髕骨股骨疼痛症候群
反覆衝刺及弓步救球,可能造成膝前疼痛。
🦶 阿基里斯腱炎/足底筋膜炎
快速起動及急停,容易增加足跟及小腿負擔。

🏓 Pickleball Fever is Sweeping HK – But Can Your Joints Keep Up?
Pickleball may look easy, but the game involves frequent sprinting, sudden stops, quick direction changes, and repetitive swinging, all of which can increase your injury risk. Common pickleball injuries include:
🎾 Tennis Elbow – pain on the outside of the elbow from repetitive strokes.
💪 Rotator Cuff Tendinitis / Shoulder Impingement – shoulder pain from frequent overhead shots.
🦵 Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome – front knee pain caused by repeated lunging and sprinting.
🦶 Achilles Tendinitis / Plantar Fasciitis – heel and foot pain related to rapid acceleration and sudden stops.
