We have seen an increase of calls from people who are using GLP-1 medications and also from families who are concerned about their loved one’s use.
While GLP-1 medications have a medical purpose for some, continuous medical oversight and appropriate prescribing is essential but unfortunately not always happening.
If you are concerned please contact your GP in the first instance or for further information call 01 5644450 and a member of our NEDRC team will provide non-judgmental support in confidence.
