Unbelievable day yesterday celebrating young Kody!

For those that don’t know, Kody lives with MMIHS, a serious & life threatening condition that means his organs don’t function properly.

We originally set the coaching group a challenge of hitting 7 million steps for Kody (3.5 million x 2, as Kody spent the first 350 days of his life in hospital). We smashed through 7 million with 11 days to spare, so we increased the target to 10 million steps collectively in the month of May.

As of this morning, we’ve smashed just over 11 million steps through the month of May between us!! Yes ELEVEN MILLION STEPS. Unbelievable effort. That’s a lot of bloody walking 😂

I’ve also had the pleasure of training Jackie (Kodys nana) & the staff at Inagh Ark Creche for Hell & Back next weekend. Again, all in aid of Kody and the Irish Children’s Health Foundation! The girls have absolutely smashed it! I used to have to make the classes as easy as I could, now I can’t make them difficult enough 🤣 Again, I couldn’t be prouder of the effort & commitment. The progression over the last few months has been phenomenal!

It’s unbelievable really, between the group step challenge, yesterday’s walk, the donations & the girls commitment to Hell & Back. It’s been an incredible show of community, strength & selflessness. I couldn’t be more proud of everyone for coming together and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it.

🚨 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🚨

10kg dropped for this man in the last few months! Unreal work 🔥

This client came to me a few months back looking to lose some bodyfat, gain straight & muscle and improve overall shape and fitness for sport!

So we got to work, training 4 times per week in the gym and incorporating different types of cardio exercise throughout!

Whether it was pitch work, running, HIIT sessions or hyrox, we used plenty of different methods that he enjoyed while training!

We also did some sports specific training & power sessions that benefitted this client on the pitch!

In terms of nutrition, we initially worked calories down into a deficit to lose bodyfat. We then worked with more advanced techniques and incorporated, high calorie days, carbs days and carb ups to ensure optimal performance for sport & events!

The results are top class! 10kg shifted and a huge improvement in overall composition!
Bodyfat down, muscle & strength up. Fitness at an all time high, performance on the pitch is peaking, and feeling great & confident overall!

Top results for a top man. Maintained nice flexibility throughout but always nailed the plan! Well deserved results 💪🏽
