Class times in June:
✨Friday Flow - Classic NIA 9.30am at An Seomra Yoga - I hold the classes if at least 3 people are registering. Please use the link or join my WhatsApp group for updates.
✨Sundays - NIA Moving to Heal open practice : 11.00am at Salthill Park we meet at the Bandstand, we move to the beach if the tide is low. (classes run on 14,28 June)
Moving to Heal offers something tangible — a felt sense that I have done something for myself today, for my body, for my healing, for my nervous system.
Because we all carry physical, emotional, and mental experiences with us — and Nia gently invites us to meet ourselves honestly.
✨Global Wellness Day on Saturday, the 13th June - Joy Circle
11 am at Galway Dance
I am preparing with a classic routine (maybe Passion, but let me know if you have a wish:))
Summer is here — the season when festivals, outdoor gatherings, and endless invitations call for our attention. The word freedom seems to echo everywhere. The invitation is to pause and notice: what truly speaks to our hearts?
Summer is also the season when our usual routines soften and sometimes slip out of our hands — holidays, school breaks, organising camps, family logistics, and running here and there. Life becomes fuller, busier, and often less predictable.
Perhaps this is exactly why we need moments to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves -- finding our centres again and gently taking the reins back .🏇
By listening to our inner compass and trusting our instinctive choices, sooner or later we begin to hear the voice of the body more clearly. Perhaps it has always been there — maybe we simply haven’t had the time or space to listen.Nia can help us reconnect with that inner knowing.
💛 and Joy as always
