We kept it local this year for our annual summer outing. We were blessed with such a gorgeous day for our visit to Lough Gur. Special thanks to local historian Philip who entertained us with stories and tales of Lough Gur at the Visitor Centre. We headed to The Yarn Cafe for refreshments where we were spoiled with delicious food and kindness. Many thanks to all who helped to make this day so special for our residents 🥰💚🥰

Today we celebrate an extraordinary milestone — the 100th birthday of one of our truly special residents Mrs Monica Butler. 🎉💐
A quiet, gentle lady with a heart full of kindness, Monica continues to inspire everyone around her every single day. As a former nurse herself, she has spent a lifetime caring for others, and it is now our privilege to care for her.
Staff and residents alike treasure her honesty, warm gratitude, and her wonderful ability to advocate for herself with dignity and grace. She reminds us all of the importance of kindness, strength, and staying true to yourself.



Reaching 100 years of age is an incredible achievement, and we are absolutely amazed and honoured to celebrate this remarkable lady today.



From all of us, thank you for the wisdom, warmth, and joy you bring to our home. Wishing you the happiest 100th birthday filled with love, laughter, and very special memories. 💖🎂✨
