New baby reflexology course starting Sept 1st in the Carrigtwohill Community Centre 10am-11.30am
This is a 4 week course that teaches the caregiver how to relieve baby's physical & emotional stresses through gentle reflexology strokes.
During the course you will learn how to alleviate symptoms of
🦋Colic,wind,reflux and constipation.
🎈Relieve symptoms of coughs and colds.
🦋Learn how to soothe teething pains.
🎈 Strengthen your babies immune system
🦋Deepen your bond with your baby.
🎈Get to connect and chat with other parent's in your community.
While this is a baby led class we will discuss lots of topics with a loving focus on maternal mental health.
Each week Mama will learn hands on practical tips she can quickly and easily apply to herself, to help sedate the stress hormones in the body & calm the central nervous system.
This will be achieved through
💆indian head massage
👣 reflexology (points shown for the hands & feet, so your feet can stay cosy in your socks if you like😂)
🌷 essential oils
💗breathing techniques.
This course is suitable from birth to pre-crawlers 👶
