myth vs fact: men, mental health & substance use edition

there are many beliefs about what men should or shouldn't do when facing stress, pressure, or emotional challenges. some of these beliefs can discourage help-seeking and contribute to unhealthy coping behaviors.

by challenging myths and sharing accurate information, we can help create communities where men feel more comfortable seeking support and discussing their mental wellbeing.

which myth do you think is the most harmful? Share your thoughts below 💬
