For everyone who still wants to bake but also wants to feel good about what they’re eating.
You don’t have to choose.
→ Almond meal instead of regular flour. Naturally gluten free, higher in protein. Gives baked goods this beautiful dense, moist texture. Works so well in bliss balls, slices, muffins.
→ Coconut flour. A little goes a long way, it’s very absorbent, so you use far less than regular flour. Gluten free, higher in fibre, and it adds a subtle natural sweetness.
→ Flaxseed or linseed meal. So underrated. Adds fibre, omega 3s, and works as a binding agent so it can replace eggs in some recipes. Great for gut health too.
The goal? Higher protein, more fibre, more satiating. So you have the slice... and you’re actually full.
You’re not going back for three more pieces because your body got something real from it.
