→ Almond meal instead of regular flour. Naturally gluten free, higher in protein. Gives baked goods this beautiful dense, moist texture. Works so well in bliss balls, slices, muffins.

→ Coconut flour. A little goes a long way, it’s very absorbent, so you use far less than regular flour. Gluten free, higher in fibre, and it adds a subtle natural sweetness.

→ Flaxseed or linseed meal. So underrated. Adds fibre, omega 3s, and works as a binding agent so it can replace eggs in some recipes. Great for gut health too.

The goal? Higher protein, more fibre, more satiating. So you have the slice... and you’re actually full.

Abandon the day’s eating because lunch wasn’t perfect.
Start again Monday.

Here’s what 22 years in this industry has taught me 🗣️

✨A walk counts.

Let’s talk Fridge swaps! ✨

Walk into your kitchen, open the fridge and read the ingredients on both your spreadable butter or alternate milk!!!
These are todays swaps:
🥑 Avocado butter - clean ingredients, good fats, no seed oils, gums or emulsifiers hiding in the label or ruining your gut.
🥥Tinned coconut milk - coconut and water, that’s its cartons always have additives, thickeners and often sugars.

Good fats are not the enemy, the source just matters more than we realise & they support FAT LOSS too.

🥬Can we take a moment for the lettuce wrap.

This one is so underrated. Game changer for anyone paying attention to calories, gluten intake or carbs.

→ Use it as a burger bun. No heaviness, no bloat. Just really good food.

→ Load it up like a taco. Mexican night, but lighter. The flavours are incredible.

→ Asian style. Think larb wrap, fresh herbs, a punchy sauce. The lettuce holds it all together while the flavours really shine.

So often we think of swaps as the thing we do when we’re “being good.”…

Most women I work with are eating way less of it than they think.

Here’s what fiber is actually doing for you...

1. It helps you feel full faster. Fiber adds bulk to your meals and triggers the receptors that signal satiety to your brain. Less overeating, better appetite control, all day.

2. It keeps your energy stable. Fiber slows the digestion and absorption of carbs, so glucose releases gradually. No more 3pm crash. No more blood sugar rollercoaster.

3. It keeps digestion running smoothly. Nobody wants to deal with bloating or constipation. Fiber keeps things moving, so you feel lighter, more comfortable, and a happy gut means a happier you.
