After a week off with the kids having fun, I absolutely delighted in being back in my cosy massage nook yesterday.
It smelt yummy
It was warm and cosy
There were good chats
And alot of relaxation
Such bliss and a real honour to hold space for you!

What a treat!!

I dont know why its taken me a whole year to have another one of these deeply nourishing treatments... oh probably because im always too busy with work!

Well today was a good day to treat myself whilst off work for the week!

Lauren from Lauren Albans | Integrative Somatic Facilitator™ holds space so tenderly and my whole system drifted into deep relaxation with this vagal flow head massage. I feel wonderfully reset and ready for the rest of my week with the kids !!!

With a bit of AI assistance (which if you know your body muscles and attachments you will see is not 100% accuratly placed here bit its the best thing i can bring you to give you the idea), i bring to you...

What i see when I massage you!

I am always mapping out what muscle runs where and what tight muscle is pulling on what attachment, this is where relaxation and restoration become one!
My technique remains gentle, whilst my anatomy knowledge brings results!

Don't get me to quote every muscles name... my revision on that is a little blurry!

Oh and if your worried im looking at your hairy legs... im not, im looking past the hairy legs, through the skin, to the muscles ligaments and attachments!!!
