🌙 Your Guide to Newborn Sleep & Settling 🌙

Are you expecting a baby, or navigating those early weeks with a newborn and wondering if you're doing the sleep thing "right"?

The reality is that newborn sleep can feel overwhelming. Between conflicting advice, sleep deprivation, and trying to understand your baby's cues, many parents are left feeling confused and exhausted.

We're excited to be hosting Abby Dickens from Sleep Solutions for an informative and practical evening designed specifically for new and expectant parents.

During this session, Abby will cover:
✨ Safe Sleep
✨ Creating the Ideal Sleep Environment
✨ Sleep Associations
✨ Settling Techniques
✨ Awake Windows
✨ Realistic Sleep Expectations for Newborns (0–12 weeks)

This isn't about strict schedules or "fixing" your baby. It's about understanding normal newborn sleep, learning practical strategies, and feeling more confident in those precious early weeks.

Whether your baby is already here, due soon, or you're simply wanting to feel prepared before birth, this session will provide evidence-based information and practical tips you can take home and use immediately.

There’s a new baby in town, welcomed earth-side through the incredible gift of a surrogate.

Baby’s mum would dearly love to be able to provide as much breast milk as possible for her little one.

We would love to hear from you,

- If you have any expressed breast milk stored in your freezer that you’re no longer needing—especially newborn milk, though all donations will be greatly accepted.

- Or if you’re currently feeding and have an oversupply, and feel you may be in a position to pump and donate some milk to support this wee whānau

Every little bit of support helps 💛

Thank you in advance
