Come and join us this week, Wednesday 20th at 12pm, for our Walk and Talk group for anyone affected by cancer. This is an up-beat group that cheer each other on and have a laugh. (If you're not up to the walk, you could just meet as at Edgewater at 12.30 for coffee and scones! 😉)

I've been a physio for 20 years, but over the last 10, I have narrowed my focus down into the area I find the most rewarding, cancer rehab. I love helping people to take back some control over their health, no matter what stage of their cancer journey.
I'm also a lymphoedema and scar therapist (all scars, not just cancer scars) and am passionate about helping people navigate their new normal. Please get in touch so we can explore how I can help you.
