You know it’s been a 💃GREAT🤩 weekend when the phone’s been put away and you’ve been busy hugging, high fiving and laughing!

Thank you everyone who came by! All our fantastic teachers showing up! Extra special love to Sudheesh M Balakrishnan and his amazing food, Kaffemissionären® | Viktor for an incredible meditation sessions and our absolute favourite Matchatori 🍵 who we can never get enough of (either the drink nor their Sasha) 😍

To celebrate Yoga Folks 🎈6th🎈 birthday we have invited Viktor aka Kaffemissionären® | Viktor to come and hold a coffee meditation with us!
When we opened 6 years ago, we knew we always wanted to have tea AND coffee, because not everyone can get around their day on just good vibes and chamomile. For us, coffee is a ritual, a time to pause and ingest the warmth and goodness from a cuppa.

Come join us for a sweet break in the middle of the day, instead of gulping down some crap”coffee”, taste heaven in a mug - while actually experiencing all of it! And - it’s free! So book you cup through the schedule!

The rain paused, ☀️the sun☀️ came out and so did A LOT of people! Massive thank you to all fantastic Söder folks that came to breathe, sweat (quite a lot) and have fun - starting Sunday in the awesomesaucest way possible 🤟

Our shiny new 🍁FALL SCHEDULE🍁 starts in just 10 days! We’re treating you with 40 weekly classes, a wide array of all them juicy stuff you can fill yourself with to walk into the darker time with a bounce in your step, lungs that feel alive and vibrant, and a comforting, soothing restorative sense of self!

Third year in a row — at this point, we’re calling it a tradition! 💛

We’re rolling out the mats on the grass at Nytorget once again for one of our favourite post-summer mornings together.

Think: stretchy bodies, fresh air, sweet community, and that damn-it’s-good-to-be-back energy.

☀️She’s here! ☀️ The amazingly cool and extremely inspiring 🙏 The studio is filled with teachers sipping up every drop of knowledge she’s spilling, together with a bunch of humor, Chuck Berry-songs and loads of AHA’s 🤩

We couldn’t be happier! Well, let’s face it - we were maybe not enjoying it too much while in Bhekasana - but all the funner to help each other out!

Last day tomorrow, though she did mention that she wanna come back, so YAY 🎉 It’s an revoir, not goodbye!
