We want to give a massive shoutout to .ephin, the lead teacher and mastermind behind our 300hr training 📣👑🌟

We wrapped up this round with a celebration dinner last night and honestly, we could not be more proud of our students and teachers! Jos didn’t just teach, she poured her heart, brain, time, energy and whole soul into this journey 🌟 Now, as the dust settles, she’ll be hiding out in the deep forest of northern Sweden, quietly refilling her cup of magic. We know she’s secretly already pumped for the next round starting in February 2027. 🪄✨

We couldn’t be happier! Well, let’s face it - we were maybe not enjoying it too much while in Bhekasana - but all the funner to help each other out!

Last day tomorrow, though she did mention that she wanna come back, so YAY 🎉 It’s an revoir, not goodbye!

👀Look at this gorgeous bunch of folks 👀 - they’re some of the essence of Yoga Folks, the rhythm of the heartbeat of the classes, the blood pulsing through the studios veins - OUR TEACHERS ♥️
