What if .. questions aren't meant to be answered?

For many of us, the education system and work environment constantly seeks and rewards "accurate, correct answers".

To the extent we carry such expectations throughout every aspect of our lives.

But the flip side of such expectations? We confine ourselves to the known answers. We stop being curious. We close our minds to other possibilities. And sometimes, we become stuck, because we're afraid to move ahead without a clear answer.

I recently learned an interesting technique taught by noula diamantopoulos called QUEST. Participants sit in silence and have a dialogue with each other using only written questions. No answers.

It feels difficult at first, going against what we're used to. But once we get past our internal hurdles, the process is actually very liberating.

Ready to free your mind? I'm offering 20-minute sessions for free, as part of my practice for the QUEST accreditation. And also to see how this process unfolds in a non-therapy setting.

2 weeks ago, we held a unique sound healing session.

Conducted by Michelle Wee, who's an occupational therapist turned yoga/pilates instructor and sound therapist. She combined her knowledge of the human body functions with breathing and stretching techniques from yin yoga, guiding participants through tension releasing postures before and during the sound healing.

Participants left the session feeling relaxed and equipped with more body awareness.

One participant shared the following day, "I felt so sleepy I slept very early last night! Many people need this!"

Another said the session helped him realise his body is very tense and he enjoyed the stretches.

With the positive feedback from participants, we are exploring organizing regular sessions. Drop me a message on Whatsapp if you'd like to be informed!

Many of us are leading such busy, exhausting, distracted lives. Nonstop doing, thinking, analyzing... even when we want to rest, the mind just can't stop running.

This kind of chronic stress is more harmful than a time-limited, major disaster.

We need curated experiences for people to slow down, pause, quieten the mind, and attend to their inner space.
