We performed a septorhinoplasty to improve both function and aesthetics.

Our patient had undergone two previous rhinoplasty surgeries. In this revision procedure, we reconstructed the nose using the patient’s own rib cartilage to achieve a stronger, more stable nasal framework.

Our goal was not only to improve aesthetics, but also to create a nose that looks more harmonious with the face while providing better function and breathing.
