One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a fitness routine is trying to do too much, too soon.
They start with plans to work out 5 or 6 days a week, miss a few workouts, and end up feeling frustrated.
Emory’s advice?
Start with 2 days a week.
Build the habit first. Build consistency first.
Once that becomes part of your routine, everything else gets easier.
Fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to work. Sometimes the best plan is the one you can actually stick with.
