Denali PT, Morgan was there cheering on Nina (East) and Arlo (West) at the State Cross Country Championships on October 3rd, and these two absolutely CRUSHED it! 🔥💪

It has been awesome watching you put in the hard work and dedication throughout your recovery from left knee pain. As a runner, getting back to doing what you love takes patience, consistency, and a lot of effort—and you’ve shown all three!

After working through left shoulder pain and impingement, it has been awesome watching you put in the work and make such great progress. We’re especially excited that you can get back to the things you’ve been looking forward to—enjoying a movie, throwing out those much-needed fist bumps at concerts, and most importantly, eating your ice cream completely pain-free! 🍦

Jeremy, thank you for all the wonderful conversations, laughs, and lightheartedness you brought into the clinic. You made every visit more enjoyable, and it was truly a pleasure having you with us.

Aurora has officially finished ACL rehab and is back on the flag football + soccer fields! ⚽️🏈

We caught up with her to hear about her recovery journey and what’s next—and this girl has BIG goals!

It has been such a pleasure watching you work so hard throughout your recovery from your hamstring injury. Between your busy schedule, your nail painting, staying active, and of course your roller skating, you always had plenty keeping you on the move! 🛼💅
