Did you know that I offer 1:1 private yoga sessions?
I offer two types of yoga services:
1.) Myofascial & Yoga Duo
-this service combines assisted myofascial massage techniques and assisted yoga stretching to bring in the best of both worlds.
2.) 1:1 Yoga Flow
-this service can either be a 30 minute or 50 minute yoga practice that is designed for your needs, and allows your body and mind some time to decompress and recharge your batteries.

All my yoga sessions are beginner friendly, can be modified, and use props like blankets, pillows, blocks and yoga straps for more accessibility and comfort.
My goal for yoga is to bring functionality, mobility and a safe space for you to tend to your nervous system.

I’ll be offering a Yin Yoga flow- perfect for all levels & bodies.
Yin moves through 4-6 poses and sits in each pose for several minutes, deepening your stretch & breath which breaks down muscle tension and creates a more regulated nervous system.
We’ll end the class with an oracle card pull for May.

Class details:
-Sunday April 26th at 11 am EST
-Beginner friendly / props encouraged but not mandatory
-30 min class

1:1 personal yoga classes are perfect for you!

I’ll be offering two services to incorporate yoga:
1.) 1:1 Personal Yoga Classes- these are geared for focal work personalized to your needs & goals such as mobility, balance, muscle tension relief, & nervous system regulation ; giving you skills to incorporate into your daily routine.
2.) Myofascial Massage & Yoga Duo - this service is the best of both worlds. Using myofascial massage techniques and yoga helps relieve muscles & nervous system regulation. This is unlike normal massage- this is a collaboration of massage & yoga where you are in comfortable, stretchy clothing where you are able to move around.

Both yoga services are completely accessible and geared to each individual person, capabilities and needs. All equipment/props will be provided for as well. ✨

I am so excited to offer yoga alongside my massage services, as I am deeply passionate about the benefits that both have to offer to our mental & physical wellbeing.
