Welcome Jessica 🙌🏼

Jessica has been a massage therapist for 7 years, she graduated from the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education.
Jessica lives locally, I am very excited to be working with her. She does fantastic work and specializes in lymphatic drain.

Had a little helper the other day. 4 hands are better than two!

Cupping session I did today. This is a client who has been seeing me for many years, when we started doing cupping consistently she noticed a decrease in pain in her shoulders and upper back where she has deep scar tissue. I haven’t seen her in 6 months or more because of health issues. Today she returned and we are getting her back on a regular schedule! Yayyy
Those cupping marks darkened up very quickly, obvious to us both she was long over due.
Here’s to getting back on track! ☺️
