What is it??

Remember back in the day when you would get your back scratched as a kid? Inspired by The Scratcher Girls, scratch therapy is a sensory-based therapeutic treatment using a variety of tools, such as claw scalp massagers, non-porous fingernail attachments, and combs to give a sequence of light, rhythmic, nerve-stroking pressure.
Light touch activates the Merkel Cell mechanical receptors that are located under the epidermis. These receptors engage the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce heart rate, increase serotonin, and improve sleep. **𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬**
