Today, I had the honor of speaking alongside Sam Smith, PA, at a Women’s Health & Wellness Conference as Mrs. Alaska Ambassador 2026.

Every time I step into a room like this, I’m reminded—women aren’t lacking motivation… they’re often lacking clear, trustworthy guidance.
