So our perinatal therapist Ashley Feagan is hosting a free self-care workshop for moms and no, it’s not the unrealistic kind like wake up and journal at 5am, we promise.

That’s a wrap on our favorite day of the year! ⚾️

Opening Day with Dexter Little League is always a reminder that the best youth sports aren’t just about the game, they’re about community.

They’ve created something really special here, where people feel welcome and supported. That’s the kind of impact that goes way beyond the field, and builds more than just athletes. It builds confidence, belonging, and resilience (just a few of our favorite things, nbd ☺️)

We’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by to hang with us today and we hope you love your goodies. We’ll be back with even more shades, seeds and (big league) chew next year 😉
